Prices Of Houses For Sale In Hua Hin – The Highest In Thailand

Houses for Sale in Hua Hin including condominium units are considered the most expensive in Thailand last year with an average price of at least 4.48 million baht compared to Bangkok homes at 3 million baht. Pran Buri Districts of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province also have similar residential home prices to Hua Hin. These figures are the result of a survey on Thailand’s 26 largest cities in 2014.

According to Agency of Estate Affairs (AREA), trailing behind Hua Hin and Pran Buri are residential units in Phuket’s Kathu District where the average unit price is 3.51 million baht and coastal Pattaya at 3.35 million baht.

Residential housing units are cheapest in Chon Buri Province’s Muang District at 1.62 million baht. It is also the most active among all the surveyed provinces with the most launches at 6,094 units which is approximately 16% of all new units in the province and the highest sales by unit at 3,913 units or 8.4%.

Reasons for the boom in the prices of Houses for Sale in Hua Hin.

1. Hua Hin was traditionally reserved for the wealthy upper-crust of Thailand who can afford the high cost of construction in the region. However, Hua Hin is starting to become a top family destination for both Thais and expats turning it into a family-friendly environment.

2. Hua Hin is renowned for its golf courses and dignified restaurants including its beaches. With its expanding population, new attractions begun to be developed making it a destination for families looking for homes to invest in.

3. Since there a lot of reasons to visit to Hua Hin, rental opportunities have increased. People who are not ready to invest in a second home can enjoy high quality accommodations when they visit. Highly in demand are rental homes close to the beach. Because of this, Hua Hin is enjoying a huge popularity in the property market.

4. Higher rental yields are very attractive to investors and more foreigners are targeting Hua Hin as place to invest in real estate. Homes for Sale in Hua Hin can be converted into holiday homes when the owners themselves are not using the property.

Brand Makeover For 2015

Branding showcases your product and it brings in the customers. It has the power to build your reputation and helps your standout from the competitors. However, not all brands can be considered compelling meaning that you can stare at it for hours and yet you do not understand the message it communicates.

It is important for SME’s to learn from the big corporations and how they get their brands the right way. If you feel that your brand is not effective, it is likely that it is need of a makeover. It doesn’t have to be overly complicated and over-thought since a simpler design may have the potential to increase demand.

When do you know when it is time for a brand makeover?

• Does the brand look outdated?
• Is it communicated effectively across all the business activities?
• Have you changed products or services recently?
